Billing Specialist Beaumont, TX Petroleum Service Corporation is seeking an entry level Accountant to join our team. This person will serve as billing clerk, work on month-end close, and will post accruals and journal entries. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Preparing final Billing Repair Cards, invoices, and appropriate data documentation as required. Ensures that time records for all hourly employees are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Once hours are verified, payroll information is sent for processing. Prepare monthly various reports as required Reconcile invoices from operating system to ERP Establishes and maintains reporting on various key performance indicators Cross-trains to ensure desk coverage within the team Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job Job Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent. 2 - 4 years of experience as administrative assistant or related field. Experience as a biller in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills. Legally able to work in the U.S. Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check Minimum Job Qualifications: 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S. Stable work history with good references from past employers Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check Speak fluent English PSC is a veteran-friendly company.
