Accounting Clerk
Pay: 17.00 / hr. Hours: Full Time 40 hrs. / week Work Arrangement:
In-Office Needed: 1
Job Summary:
Accounting clerk will be part of a fast paced, detail-oriented
accounting team.
This is an in-office position, Monday Friday, 8-5 pm.
Responsibilities include going to the post office and bank daily,
running errands as needed, assisting in preparing bank deposits by
making copies and pulling backup, and filing customer invoices.
Additionally, the accounting clerk will scan accounting backup
often and help prepare and close out monthly financials.
Will use alphabetical and numerical systems to organize paper and
electronic financial records and check paperwork for accuracy.
File customer invoices and other accounting documents.
Create customer files.
Scan documents.
Prepare bank deposits.
Make copies.
Assist in preparation of monthly accounting reconciliation.
Pickup mail deliver bank deposit daily.
Run errands as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior accounting or office related experience.
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
Must possess strong attention to detail be able to multi-task.
Have fast, accurate data entry skills.
Pay: 17.00 / hr. Hours: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
