Job Title: Property Accountant About the Role: We have partnered with a a forward-thinking investment and development management company dedicated to creating value through innovative real estate projects. We are looking for a skilled Property Accountant to join their team and support their growing portfolio. Property Accountant - Daily/Weekly Responsibilities: Maintain tenant lease sub-ledgers in MRI Software. Review, code, and post A/P invoices. Verify and post tenant cash receipts. Invoice miscellaneous charges and bill backs to tenants. Assist the Property Manager and VP of Retail Assets with special projects. Perform additional duties as assigned. Property Accountant - Monthly Responsibilities: Generate recurring monthly charges for tenant leases. Maintain General Ledger for assigned portfolio. Reconcile balance sheet accounts. Review and prepare monthly financial statements. Book monthly accruals (e.g., utilities, security). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2 years of property or real estate accounting experience. Proficiency in MRI Software or similar platforms. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. INMAY2025 LI-PG1 ZRCFS
