Competitive pay and benefits package Job Details What You’ll Do: Handle full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of multifamily properties Reconcile bank accounts, manage general ledger activity, and prepare monthly financials Process A/P, A/R, and journal entries Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance Support annual audits and budget preparation Assist with corporate financial operations for owned assets What We’re Looking For: 3 years of multifamily property accounting experience required Accounting degree strongly preferred Proficiency in QuickBooks and ResMan is a big plus Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and team player Ability to work in office with potential for hybrid schedule depending on experience Interested in hearing more?
