Responsibility Administer the U.S. fuel card system, including
issuing, auditing and compliance tracking Limited supervision and
may be responsible for coordinating or directing the work
activities of others Responsible for processing: New light-duty
vehicle work orders Manage license Vehicle registrations State
transfers and activations Must use initiative and judgment
arranging job details to achieve predetermined objectives Must be
able to interact with internal and external customers Possesses
considerable autonomy in completing projects for immediate
supervisor Prepare complex reports and maintain detailed records
for multiple data sources Qualifications Requires 8 years of
relevant experience in fleet operations, fuel card administration,
or related fields Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficient with various software applications and data management
tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills World Class
