Job Title: Design Services Sample Administrator Location: Port Neches, Texas Compensation: $24/Hour Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Tues/Wed/Thurs to start Beginning 9/8/2025, schedule shifts to Mon–Thurs (4-day work week)/ 8 hours/day Job Description: Prepare and assemble hard copy submittals and product requests Print, compile, bind, and package sample documents and materials Manage shipping logistics including preparing UPS labels and tracking communication Gather, inventory, and restock product samples and general office supplies Maintain and organize production room, including light lifting (under 25 lbs) Dispose of outdated inventory and maintain clean, functional work areas Perform data entry in Salesforce and Google Drive Update and lightly maintain internal team documents and project folders Qualifications: Required: Strong organizational skills Excellent time management High level of professionalism Keen attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills Ability to work independently Preferred: Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Experience operating small office machines (e.g., printers, copiers) Accurate typing skills Basic problem-solving ability System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
