Practice Opportunities: The Beaumont group is looking to add a 6th partner to join their incredibly successful group Initial $600k protected salary with partnership starting year 3 with earning potential up to $1M As a partner you will also receive equity that will vest over 3 years in the amount of $375k (with a portion held back for tax purposes) Bread and butter cases w/ high scope volumes NP's cover clinic call, while providers perform procedures and hospital call. Generous call pay Providers perform ERCP's with the group, they are willing to train if not experienced ASC attached to the Beaumont clinic Built in referral base - 3k in untouched referrals Great standing in community with high professional ratings Lifestyle: The Neches River, Sabine Lake and Gulf of Mexico offer boating, fishing, and water sports for all outdoor lovers to enjoy!
