Job Description Job Description Our Site Director is the key to
our afterschool programs. You would be responsible for the
supervision of teachers and students. You would be responsible for
the day-to-day operations, maintaining childcare licensing
standards, implementing curriculum, handle discipline issues, and
maintaining a positive relationship with parents and public-school
staff.
