Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1 years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) opportunity is available to support elementary school students in Conroe, TX. This contract role offers the chance to contribute specialized therapeutic services within an educational setting for the current school year through May 22, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy assistance to elementary-aged students under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist Implement individualized treatment plans to address students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to enhance students educational success Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and therapy guidelines Deliver onsite services during part-time hours, approximately 8-16 hours per week Qualifications: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing Experience working in school-based settings, preferably with elementary school children Ability to engage young students and adapt therapeutic techniques to their needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Availability to work onsite in Conroe, TX throughout the contract period Benefits and Perks: Part-time flexibility allowing for a balanced schedule Gain experience in a supportive educational environment Opportunity to make a positive impact on children's development and academic achievement This role is contracted for the current school year with a start date as soon as possible.
