alternative education elementary program. This contract position is
based in Liberty, MO, providing essential instructional assistance
to meet diverse student needs. Responsibilities: Assist teachers in
delivering instructional support to students in the Connections
Academy program. Support individual and small group learning
activities, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom
environment. Monitor student progress and help implement
educational plans tailored to alternative education settings.
Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt materials and strategies
for student success. Assist with classroom management and ensure a
safe, structured learning space. Qualifications: Experience as a
Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively
with students and staff. Ability to support alternative education
programs, demonstrating patience and adaptability. Knowledge of
classroom techniques and educational tools to promote student
learning. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to the scheduled
work hours. Location and Schedule: Position located in Liberty, MO,
with work primarily at a neighborhood elementary school. Contract
dates from April 6 to May 22. Work hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Monday
through Thursday, and 7:45 AM 4:00 PM on Fridays. This role offers
