Plant Engineering Manager oversee the design, implementation, and
optimization of manufacturing and operational processes within
chemical manufacturing site. This role lead teams of engineers to
ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with process
safety and quality standards. The role involves strategic planning,
cross-departmental collaboration, and leadership of small to medium
scale process initiatives. Job Duties Lead the development and
optimization of engineering processes, ensuring they meet industry
standards and best practices. Drive continuous improvement
initiatives utilizing methodologies Oversee the development and
implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and
report on process effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with
product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to
align engineering processes with operational goals. Mentor and lead
a team of process engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and
accountability. Conduct regular audits and assessments of
engineering processes to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions. Stay abreast of industry trends and
emerging technologies to ensure our processes remain up to date.
Qualifications 10 years of experience in process engineering, with
a proven track record of leading engineering teams and driving
process improvements. Strong analytical skills with experience in
data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Degree in
Chemical Engineering, or a related field. World Class Benefits
