Texas Oncology is looking for a Manager, Pharmacy Services to join
our team! This position will support our Texas Oncology Beaumont

The ideal candidate for the position will have the following
background and experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited
school of pharmacy and current state licensure.
Bachelor's Degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy Doctor
of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
3+ years working in a high volume clinical and retail Pharmacy
Oncology background highly preferred.
Must Have knowledge of Pharmaceutical business sales structure
May supervise the activities of pharmacy technicians
What does the position do?
Our Manager, Pharmacy Services provides oversight and leadership to
our Pharmacy Technicians to ensure that productivity & quality
metrics are met, standard operating procedures and workflows are
documented, and process improvements are implemented on an ongoing
The essential duties and responsibilities: Acts as education
resource and consults with medical staff. Participates in pharmacy
teaching and in-service programs.
Manages the department operates within budget.
Establishes and implements departmental policies and procedures.
Initiates and follows quality assurance and safety policies and
Consults with physicians and other clinicians to provide expertise
on all pharmacy related issues.
Analyzes and reports pharmacological and disease management
Provides hematology/oncology clinical analysis expertise to
physicians and clinical staff.
