If you are a new RN graduate or have less than 6 months of experience -- our RN residency program may be for you! CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital's Residency Program is the second in Texas to be accredited through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, who cited the program's strength as clinical staff integration. Today, we are one of the largest, most advanced facilities in the CHRISTUS Health System and the only Magnet Hospital between Houston and Baton Rouge. Requirements:

Graduate of a State Board accredited School of Nursing or equivalent
Current licenses to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
Current BLS
Demonstrate interest in professional growth and development
Ability to accept scheduling/placement designations determined prior to hire
