Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Texas Dental license with no disciplinary actions (or application in process) and a positive attitude. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $225,000-$350,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000. The role offers clinical autonomy and mentorship opportunities, and we provide a robust benefit package. Responsibilities: As a Dentist with ITS, you will provide top-quality clinical care to children while nurturing healthy habits that will carry forward in their life. In addition to providing care, you will keep up with best practices, incorporate new technologies and innovations in Pediatric dentistry, maintain accurate patient records, and work collaboratively with a diverse staff of professionals who are passionate about working with children.
