Job Title: RN - Stroke Heart Failure UnitJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Telemetry Unit at Christus Health. As a Gold Stroke Recognition hospital, we are committed to providing outstanding care in stroke, heart failure, dialysis, and post-cardiac catheterization. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while operating at the top of our RN licensure.Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
• Operate at the top of your RN licensure, engaging in unit-based councils and committees, driving quality initiatives, and participating in leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with a supportive team that values professional growth and development.Requirements:
  • Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Twelve (12) months RN Acute Hospital experience preferred.
  • Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • AHA BLS - within two (2) weeks of employment.
  • ACLS - required within eight (8) weeks of employment.
