Job Summary:

Christus Health is seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join a dynamic OBGYN practice in Beaumont, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

--- Provide comprehensive midwifery care to patients, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services.
--- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
--- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes.
--- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
--- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements:

--- Current certification as an Advance Practice Nurse in the State of Texas.
--- Current Texas midwife certification.
--- One year of full-time post-licensure clinical nursing experience.
--- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
--- Effective communication and leadership skills to direct others toward successful patient treatment.
--- Analytical skills to evaluate patient status and healthcare procedures/techniques.
--- Ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement new ideas or systems.
