Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the IMC Step-Down/Cardiac Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Job Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care through the nursing process.
• Prescribe, delegate, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate patient teaching and the activities of ancillary nursing personnel.
• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements
  • Graduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.
  • 2 years of Telemetry experience required.
  • Current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • AHA BLS - within two (2) weeks of employment.
  • ACLS - required within eight (8) weeks of employment.
