Job Title: Registered Nurse-2NE Med Surg-Part Time-7AWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in a medical surgical setting.Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care and promote a safe and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel and ensure patient safety
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and unit activities
• Implement measures to promote a safe environment and prevent complicationsRequirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas
  • BLS certification
