Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in the 3T Telemetry-7A unit.Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care to patients based on comprehensive assessments and nursing diagnoses.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel while ensuring patient safety and adhering to the Texas Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement measures to promote a safe environment for patients and others, and administer medications and treatments correctly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and unit activities in accordance with standards.
• Clarify any orders or treatment regimens that may be inaccurate or contraindicated, and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize patients' conditions.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas.
  • BLS certification.
