DescriptionSummary:A Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. In addition, the Registered Professional Nurse prescribes, delegates, coordinates, supervises and evaluates patient teaching and the activities of the ancillary nursing personnel while maintaining the standards of professional nursing. The Registered Nurse is able to provide direct and indirect care to patients.Requirements:A. Education/SkillsGraduate of a State Board School of Nursing or equivalent.B. ExperienceTwelve (12) months experience preferred.C. Licenses, Registrations, or CertificationsCurrent license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.AHA BLS within two (2) weeks of employmentMedication Competence within two (2) weeks of employmentComputer Competence- within four (4) weeks of employment A Medication Examination within twelve (12) weeks of employmentBasic Dysrhythmia (if applicable) within twelve (12) weeks of employmentTNCC- within six (6) months of employment if hired in MICU or Neuro ICUCritical Care Classes and Examinations within in sixteen (16) weeks of employmentACLs-within sixteen (16) weeks of employmentPhlebotomy/Point of Care Competency-within four (4) weeks of employmentWork Type:Per Diem As NeededPRN - Tier Plan available - Flexible Schedule!!!Tier 1: Base rate off experience, 3 shifts in a 6 week scheduleTier 2:$40/hr for 6 shifts in a 6 week scheduleTier 3:$45/hr for 12 shifts in a 6 week scheduleTier 4:$50/hr for 18 shifts in a 6 week scheduleShift Differentials also apply for nights and weekends!by Jobble
