ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTIONSr. Healthcare Quality Specialist
RN is responsible for evaluating and improving quality of care and
patient safety at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic(KSC). This role combines
clinical expertise with quality improvement methodologies to ensure
compliance with healthcare standards,promote best practices, and
achieve optimal patient outcomes.Job Title: Sr. Healthcare Quality

General CounselJob Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $97,010 - $119,836
(Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications,
etc.)QualificationsEducationRequired: Associate's degree in nursing
(ADNPreferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing
(BSN)ExperienceRequired: 5 years of clinical nursing experience
working in the inpatient or ambulatory setting.Preferred:
Experience working in the fields of healthcare quality, patient
safety, and/or risk management.Experience working with
Epic.License(s)Required: Licensed RN in TXPreferred: Certification
in healthcare quality or patient safety (e.g., CPHQ, CPPS).Special
SkillsRequired: Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
(e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA).Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint.Preferred: Knowledge of quality measures (e.g.
