Job Description:

Hiring: Certified Medical Assistant Full-Time | Competitive Pay | 3 Months Contract Chances of Extension or Conversion Location: Taylor, TX 76574 Scheduled: 5 days per week, 40 Hours per week Shift: 8:00 to 5 pm. 8 Hours in a Day. Hourly Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 on W2 (Based on Qualification) Responsibilities: Room patients and record vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and minor office surgeries. Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as directed by providers. Perform EKGs, vision/hearing tests, and specimen collection for lab tests. Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and stock levels. Sterilize instruments and follow infection control procedures. Educate patients on medication instructions, treatment plans, and follow-up care Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage patient check-in/check-out. Handle phone triage, message documentation, and patient correspondence. Update and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) accurately. Required Education: Must have a Medical Assistant Certificate Must have BLS/CPR Certificate.
