Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: January 5,
2026 Location: Conroe, Texas Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Day and night shifts available;
patient ratios vary by acuity (1:1, 2:1, and 3:1); 4 weekend shifts
per schedule; no on-call required Highlights: 30-bed Intensive Care
Unit with advanced critical care capabilities Work with
sophisticated equipment including CRRT, IABP, and Impella support
systems EMR system: Meditech May float to Intermediate Care Unit
(IMU) as needed Structured scheduling with predictable weekend
rotation Royal blue scrubs provided as unit dress code
Requirements: Active RN license ICU experience with ventilator
management required Proficiency with cardiovascular drips required
ACLS and BLS certifications required Neurology experience preferred
Experience with thoracentesis, arterial line, and central line
