Must-Have: - Prior emergency room experience Description: The unit
consists of 7 ER beds with a total of 13 staff members. Staff
includes a charge nurse, registered nurses, and a unit secretary.
The patient-to-nurse ratio is 4:1. Equipment used includes bedside
monitors, IV pumps, and various lab machines. Common procedures
performed include triage, nursing assessments, IV starts, and blood
collection. Registered nurses will administer medications, assist
with sutures, and provide wound care. Moderate sedation,
cardioversion, and defibrillation are also part of the
responsibilities. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential
for this role. Floating to other facilities may occur, though it is
uncommon. Weekends shifts are required, with a minimum of 4 weekend
shifts per 4-week period. Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS
