This vital role is suited for a professional focused on providing exceptional surgical care in a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting. With a commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, you will be an integral part of our surgical team, ensuring that complex cardiovascular surgeries are conducted under the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Prepare the CVOR - ensuring all necessary supplies and surgical tools are sterile and assembled correctly. Assist surgeons during procedures, providing required instruments, materials, and support. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent contamination. Monitor and ensure proper functioning of surgical equipment. Collaborate with surgical staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care. Engage in post-operative duties, including disassembling the setup and preparing for potential emergency surgeries. In-depth knowledge of surgical operations and sterile techniques. Ability to anticipate surgeon's needs and respond quickly. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in handling high-stress situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required. BLS certification required.
