As a CVOR Tech, you will work directly in surgical procedures, ensuring that all operations are conducted under optimal conditions and adhering strictly to safety protocols. You will be an integral part of a team that values clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, contributing directly to outcomes that enhance patient lives. Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly before and during the surgical procedure. Prepare and organize sterile equipment and ensure availability of necessary items. Follow strict safety and infection control standards to ensure a safe operating environment. Assist with the handling of specimens taken for clinical analysis. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
