This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical suites, preparing operative equipment and assisting during surgeries to maintain a safe and sterile environment. Our professionals get an opportunity to work alongside top surgeons and contribute to surgeries that impact patient lives profoundly. Prepare and organize the operating room equipment, instruments, and supplies according to procedure. Ensure all instruments function properly before and during the surgical procedure. Maintain sterility throughout the surgery and intervene if sterility is compromised. Assist surgeons and surgical assistants during the procedure by providing instruments and materials to ensure smooth operations. Properly clean and sterilize surgical instruments post-operation and prepare for next use. Monitor and manage the operating room environment to adhere to safety and compliance standards. Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques Proficient in using surgical tools and instruments Excellent attention to detail Ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-pressure environment Good physical stamina and dexterity Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is required.
