Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Conroe, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,652 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Neuroscience Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Conroe, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day or Night Shift available; 1:5 to 1:6 patient ratios; every other weekend required Highlights: 24-bed Neuroscience Unit specializing in post-surgical brain and spine care, post heart catheterization recovery, and pain management Collaborative team environment with 28 staff members supporting comprehensive patient care Meditech EMR system with standard equipment including Baxter IV Pumps, PCA Pumps, SCD Pumps, and Hill-Rom beds Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 3 nurse technicians; Night shift mirrors this model for consistency Opportunity to float to Medical/Surgical and Cardiovascular Telemetry units for skill development Royal blue scrub uniform provided Requirements: Active Texas RN license in good standing BLS and ACLS certification required Proficiency in assessment, medication administration, Foley catheter and PureWick care, and IV push Experience with blood administration, blood thinner administration, EKG interpretation, and central line care Pain management experience essential Wound care and dressing change skills preferred Team-oriented mindset and patient experience focus strongly preferred Why It's a Great Opportunity: This neuroscience nursing role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patients recovering from complex neurological procedures in a supportive, team-focused environment.
