The Clinical Liaison will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum. Experience/Skills : Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as an RN, LPN, or Therapist. Management experience preferred Capable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction. Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing/Admissions Intake goals and objectives. Talented in networking with referral sources Experience in developing Marketing plan for hospital. Requirements: Clinical discipline with current license in good standing 2 or more years of clinical experience required Post-Acute care experience preferred Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge of hospital data bases Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families.
