Med/Surg / Tele RN in Houston, Texas, 77004! Job Opportunity –
Medical-Surgical Nurse – Texas Start Date: January 5, 2026
Location: Houston, Texas Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, every
other weekend required; 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio Highlights:
20-bed medical-surgical unit with post-surgical and bariatric
patient population Meditech EMR system in place Comprehensive scope
of practice including wound care, tracheostomy care, NG tube
management, and phlebotomy Collaborative team environment with
dedicated charge nurses and CNAs on each shift Opportunities to
float within medical-surgical units for skill development Royal
blue scrub attire provided Requirements: Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience required Current
BLS certification Post-surgical, bariatric, and medical-surgical
experience preferred Availability for 5 days per week with flexible
