Job Description Job Description Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Functional Health Clinic in Katy, TX About the Role: We are hiring a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a functional health clinic in Katy, TX. In this role, you will support physicians by providing high-quality patient care, performing clinical tasks, and assisting with office operations. Each day, LVNs are assigned to a specific physician while also providing remote support via phone, email, and chat when a physician is unavailable. Details: Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (or until last patient leaves) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (800-hour contract) Pay: $30/hour Dress Code: Navy or black suit Key Responsibilities: Room patients and assist with individualized care plans Perform phlebotomy, IVs, and injections Conduct telephone encounters (TEs) and phone triage Document patient interactions and care plans accurately in ECW EMR Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the care team Collaborate with the team after morning meetings to assign daily tasks Required Qualifications: Active LVN license in Texas Minimum 1 year of LVN experience; 2 years preferred Active CPR certification Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude Empathy and strong interpersonal skills Active BLS High School Diploma Why Apply: Join a supportive, patient-focused functional health clinic in Katy where your skills make a direct impact on patient care.
