Manager SPECIALTY UNIT: Neonatal Intensive Care LOCATION Houston,
TX SHIFT: ? Days, 7 AM – 7 PM Evenings, 3 PM – 11 PM Nights, 7 PM –
7 AM JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent We are hiring an experienced
Nurse Manager for our Level IV Advanced NICU to ensure high-quality
patient care. Join a phenomenal team dedicated to meaningful
patient outcomes. Core Responsibilities Assist the Director in
daily operations, ensuring department activities align with the
facility's mission and long-range plan. Coordinate Performance
Improvement and continuous Quality Improvement efforts. Ensure
nursing care adheres to the nursing process and provide clinical
support to staff. Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating
patient care. Required Qualifications Experience: 2 years of Recent
(within the last year) Acute Care NICU Leadership (Manager or
Charge Nurse) experience. Education: BSN required. Licensure:
Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi-State Compact
License (TX license required within 60 days of hire if hired on
Compact). Certification: Current American Heart Association BLS
