In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the nursing area within the facility, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care, managing staff, and aligning with our core mission to create a home-like environment for our residents. This position demands a compassionate, detail-oriented professional ready to lead and inspire a team of healthcare providers. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department. Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and supervise the nursing staff, providing training, and mentorship. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Monitor patient conditions and progress, updating treatment plans as necessary. Administrate medications and perform medical procedures as required. Maintain detailed patient records and prepare reports on staff performance and departmental challenges. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in clinical skills and nursing practices Ability to make swift and sound decisions Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care 401k Bonus opportunities Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
