Job Description:
Memorial Hermann, a leader in Texas for healthcare excellence,
is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department
(ED) Admission Holds at our Texas Medical Center location. This
position plays a critical role in our commitment to provide
compassionate and high-quality care by managing the initial
treatment and assessment of patients upon their admission to the
ED. Our nurses are pivotal in reducing the wait time and enhancing
patient satisfaction and outcomes. Join our team of dedicated

and initiate appropriate nursing interventions during admission.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other
clinical staff to develop care plans. Document patient care
activities and track outcomes. Manage patient flow to minimize wait
times and maximize care efficiency. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and health management after discharge.
Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-pressure
situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using healthcare technologies and electronic health
records Capacity to make quick and accurate assessments of patient
conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
certification is advantageous
