Job Description Katy Advanced OB-GYN , a premier all-female
physician group, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate
BC/BE OB/GYN to join our established and respected practice in

a light call schedule with only 6 weekends per year at one hospital
(Memorial Hermann Katy). Partnership track available after just 2
years. Position Details Setting: Well-established, single-office
private practice with an adjacent, on-site surgery center. Start
Date: ASAP (Replacement position). Patient Mix: Desirable
population, ranging from adolescent to geriatric. Focus on routine
OB, well-woman care, and comprehensive GYN. Procedures: Full scope,
including Robotics, Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Hysteroscopy, and
office-based procedures. Schedule: Sustainable model: three
half-days and two full days per week, with a dedicated post-call
day. Support: Excellent support staff, including MAs, a Scribe, and
an Office Manager, to maximize your clinical time. Compensation and
Benefits Package Compensation: Highly competitive starting
compensation with substantial productivity bonus and earning

Credential: MD or DO. Certification: Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Experience: New
