Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Located in Houston, TXFull-Time Day Shift Permanent positionSalary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care in a community health center setting. Responsibilities include hands-on medical care under physician supervision, with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.Key Responsibilities: Perform physical exams and obtain patient histories Develop and implement treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Provide patient counseling and education Ensure continuity and quality of care Participate in quality improvement, peer review, and clinical committees Contribute to protocol development and staff meetings Assist with special projects as needed Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Women's Health Nurse Practitioner program Unrestricted NP license; national certification preferred ACLS certification preferred Strong knowledge of outpatient primary and women's health care Skilled in diagnosis, procedures, and evidence-based treatment Comfortable treating diverse populations in a team-based care model Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
