Job Description Job Description SALARY POSITION pay is based on
EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE CHEF Under the direction of the Director of
F&B Operations, the Executive Chef is responsible for creating
and implementing successful menu options for Naskila’s F&B
outlets and leading all back of house operational aspects of the
Food & Beverage Department including, but not limited to, Kitchen
Operations, Ordering and Inventory Control and Team Member Dining
Room Operations. Requirements: Minimum of seven (7) years previous
experience in a full-service kitchen. Minimum of five (5) years
management experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant or
hotel. Certified in ServSafe Sanitation Manager level. Preferred:
Experience with start-up restaurants, construction, and opening
experience. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, or
CEC Certification from American Culinary Federation or Culinary
Institute of America. Previous experience in gaming hospitality
environment. Must be flexible to work day/swing/graveyard shift and
available on weekends and holidays.
