Overview: The Food and Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Food and Beverage Associate play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by providing friendly, efficient service and supporting team operations. Pay: $8.75/Hr Responsibilities: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests following established recipes, portion guidelines, sanitation, and company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, including counters, equipment, and utensils. Restock inventory and supplies as needed throughout the shift to maintain efficient operations. Accurately handle transactions using point-of-sale systems. Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures . Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of food and beverage stations. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient service. Qualifications: Guest Service – Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience. Attention to Detail – Ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, POS transactions , and com pliance with standards. Time Management – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Problem-Solving – Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally. Adaptability – Ability to adjust to changing guest needs and operational demands. Reliability & Dependability – Consistently punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining standards. Minimum Requirements At least 1 5 years of age or older . Work in varied weather conditions. Must o btain and maintain Serv Safe Food Handlers C ertification . Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights , weekends, and holidays .
