Ensure development plans are implemented to address gaps which

Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources; Business or
1st Chair union experience required
Knowledge of Collective Bargaining, Labor Relations, Arbitration
and Mediation concepts and principles.
PHR, SPHR or Labor Certification preferred
