Job Summary:The Judge Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager to join the team of a growing food manufacturing
organization based in Beaumont, Texas. The HR Manager will lead all
human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws,
promoting employee engagement, and fostering a culture of
continuous improvement within our workforce of 50 employees.Key

and Onboarding:

the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer
acceptance, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Develop
comprehensive onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration
of new hires into the organization.
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u20022.\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Employee
Relations:
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Serve
as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related
matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and
disciplinary actions.

a positive work environment through effective communication,
recognition programs, and initiatives that enhance employee morale
and engagement.

Management:

and oversee performance management processes, including goal

guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews
and addressing performance issues proactively.

and Policy Development:

compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company

potential risks or issues.

and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to
reflect best practices and promote a fair and inclusive workplace
culture.

and Development:

training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee

with department managers to assess training effectiveness and
identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Administration:

employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement
plans, and other perks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and
effective communication to employees.

as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to address
inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate enrollment or changes as
needed.Qualifications:\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources Management or related field; SHRM-CP or
PHR certification preferred.
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Minimum
of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a
manufacturing or food production environment.
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Strong
knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build
trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Proven
ability to handle confidential information with discretion and
professionalism.
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Strategic
thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and
develop proactive HR solutions.
\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002---\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Proficient
in HRIS systems and MS Office suite; experience with payroll and
timekeeping systems is a plus.
