And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.The Work:Build expertise in SAP Data Migration spaceParticipate in the creation of migration functional and technical designsSupport functional/technical design handoffs to development resourcesBuild SAP Data solutions that transform clients' closing requirements using frameworks and capabilitiesTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's What You Need:Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering complex data management engagements, including all phases of project life cycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live phasesData Migration experience from ECC or any legacy sources to the Target S/4 HANA or ECC target systems using Syniti ADMM toolsAbility to drive the ETL (SAP Syniti ) support process and ensure compliance of project standards and deliverablesExperience in Data Migration Cockpit / LSMW (Legacy System Workbench)Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experienceCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
