Job Description:
Vidorra is currently looking for a Project Coordinator role to
support one of our esteemed customers. This role will report
directly to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO).
Responsibilities Project Management Tool Support: Administer and
maintain project management tools and software, providing training
and support to users Onboarding and Training: Support onboarding of
new project managers and provide training on Project Management
Office processes and tools PMO Administration: Maintain Project
Management Office documentation, including project templates,
methodologies, and best practices Project Tracking and Reporting:
Track project progress, gather project data, and prepare reports on
project status and performance Core Competencies: Project
Management Fundamentals: Understanding of project management
principles and methodologies. Problem-Solving and Analytical
Skills: Ability to identify and resolve PMO-related issues
effectively. Organization and Time Management: Exceptional
organizational and time management skills, with the ability to
manage multiple tasks and priorities. Communication and
Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various
stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills
in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Attention to Detail: High level of
accuracy and attention to detail in project documentation and
reporting. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively
as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Project Management, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in
project administration or a related field Experience working in a
Project Management Office environment is a plus Proficiency in
project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) is a
plus Project Management Professional certification or other project
management certifications are a plus
