Seeking an experienced Senior Endur Technologist to help evolve and support their trading systems. This role requires hands-on engineering experience in Java along with deep expertise in Endur (Openlink) and a strong understanding of Gas and Power markets. What You'll Be Doing: Design, develop, and enhance trading platform functionality using Java and related technologies. Partner directly with traders, analysts, and stakeholders to understand system needs and business workflows. Continuously seek opportunities to modernize and improve system architecture and performance. Build new components while integrating with existing ETRM and commodity trading platforms. Ensure timely delivery of new features and system updates in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Support lifecycle management for trade models and ensure seamless handling of physical and financial products. Help automate and streamline development, deployment, and monitoring pipelines. What We're Looking For: 7 years of Java development experience within enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of the Openlink Endur platform, particularly JVS and Connex frameworks. Proficiency with SQL (MS SQL Server preferred). Deep understanding of ETRM systems and commodity trading workflows. Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Spring Boot, Dropwizard, and similar service-oriented tools. Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure), ideally hybrid models. Comfortable using modern DevOps tools: GitLab, JIRA, Docker, Kibana, Prometheus, Artifactory. Prior exposure to North American Natural Gas and Power markets; knowledge of emissions trading and European commodities is a bonus. Familiar with trade lifecycle processes, risk modeling, and concepts like storage, transport, and curve modeling including vol setups. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a dynamic trading floor environment.
