Litigation Attorney to join its high-performing Houston office.

Houston office. Job Details Manage all phases of
construction-related litigation, from intake through trial and
appeal. Take and defend depositions, prepare and respond to
discovery, and draft and argue motions. Develop and implement case
strategy with senior attorneys and clients. Handle court
appearances, mediations, and trial work in both state and federal
courts. Work with a team that values mentorship, integrity, and
practical legal solutions. Licensed and in good standing with the
State Bar of Texas. 1-4 years of civil litigation experience;
construction law background is a plus. Proven courtroom experience,
including trials, depositions, and motion practice. Strong written
and verbal advocacy skills. Comfortable taking initiative and
