Job Description:

As a CDL A or B Driver II, you will play a critical role in operations and directly contribute to these efforts by operating vehicles that transport hazardous materials and waste. This position requires compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies. You will interact with customers and ensure on-time service, accurate paperwork, and safe transport, adhering to all safety protocols to uphold our environmental and safety standards. Transport hazardous materials and waste in full compliance with applicable federal, state, local statutes and regulations and company policies. Manage routing and logistic aspects of the transport to optimize service delivery. Maintain accurate records and logs according to DOT and company requirements. Inspect vehicles for safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Participate in company or regulatory training related to hazardous waste handling and emergency response as required. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service. Expertise in operating Class A or B commercial vehicles. Knowledge of DOT regulations and hazardous materials compliance. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Physical ability to handle heavy equipment. Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred. Workforce safety certification.
