Job Summary / Basic Function SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION: Reports
to the Director of Dual Credit and performs administrative and
office support activities for Dual Credit programs; facilitate the
admission and registration process for current and prospective LIT
Dual Credit students; provide information to visitors, students,
faculty and staff; inform students on matters regarding admissions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Field telephone calls in a professional manner at all
•Serve as Dual Credit call center representative during peak
times to assist students with login issues.
•Create documents and spreadsheets.
•File, fax and scan documents and records, open and distribute
•Facilitate the admissions and registration process for current
and prospective LIT students.
•Process requests for LIT and dual credit information.
•Register dual credit students and make schedule changes.
•Ensure proper major assignments for all dual credit students
and report changes to student success.
•Use software (LMS, retention, etc.) to monitor enrollment and
troubleshoot registration issues.
•Collect and route withdrawal and drop forms.
•Coordinate with ISD partners to ensure updated enrollment
•Maintain and distribute student records following FERPA
guidelines and LIT policies.
•Provide registration information, transcripts, etc. for
students, faculty and staff on demand.
•Complete purchase requisitions and travel documents as

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Education Required: Associates
Two years of customer service experience in a related field in
either the private sector, with a state agency, or higher
