Virginia Integration Engineer This role is going to be responsible
for onboarding, servicing and supporting integrations onto the
DevExchange Partner Gateway platform.
Support onboarding of partners on the partner gateway platform
by ensuring that partner engineers are equipped with necessary
tools (access keys, SDKs etc) and knowledge to successfully
complete the integration.
Participate in the DevExchange partner support process and
Ensure appropriate resource forecasting and allocation
Craft support SLA agreements and ensure the fulfillment of the
Coordinate credential rotation activities with the partners.
Drive cycle time on issue resolution.
Gain subject matter expertise on 3rd Party APIs, technology, and
services to communicate with new and current partners for
implementation, training and support purposes.
Provide feedback loop and prioritization into product
Execute on department-level goals, specifically: user adoption
and issue resolution.
Participate in, and/or identify, design, and deliver
cross-functional projects that support strategic improvements in
scaled processes, services, and systems to enable the team to
exceed goals and to spend more time with partners.
Monitoring and Alerting
Maintain auditable records in Salesforce CRM.
At least 4 years of experience in software engineering
At least 4 years of experience with system integration
technologies (RESTful APIs, OAUTH 2.0 or TLS)
2+ years of experience in Agile practices
1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or
another public cloud service
4+ years of experience developing enterprise applications in at
least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go,
4+ years of experience using open source frameworks to develop
