This customer service position offers a schedule of 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm; Friday- Tuesday (off on Wednesday and Thursday). How you will make an impact - Field and send written business correspondence- Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Manage and place incoming telephone calls- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Hands-on knowledge of MS Office Suite- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers- Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions- Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks- 2+ years of past relevant experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Data entry experience required- Solid understanding of Answering Inbound Calls- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly- Proficient with computers and technology platforms- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive researchWe are looking for a service 'champion' who knows how to go the extra mile for individual customers and strives to deliver personalized, quality service in every interaction.
