Job Description Lifespan Home Health: is seeking a Scheduler/Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Coordinator. We are an established and stable home health agency that provides in-home, medical and non-medical, care to the elderly and those with disabilities so they can remain safe and comfortable in their home, with their family, and in the community. Our Scheduler/Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Coordinator needs to be comfortable working within new applications, have strong customer service/communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. The EVV Coordinator works as part of a team and will also assist with other office duties as well when help is needed. Essential Tasks: Ensure all schedules are in for the clients and makes adjustments to schedules as required Communicates with the attendants to ensure that the schedule is being worked and that the attendant is notifying the office for any change in schedules or for respite hours being worked. Monitors the hours being worked and ensure we are not over utilizing hours Handles day to day communication with the Corporate EVV department Communicates with the Program Directors/Case Managers if an attendant is failing to use the State mandated EVV system, over utilization of schedule, or any other issues that arise Ability to read and interpret Authorizations and calculate the hours per week that are allowed to be scheduled Notifies the Program Directors/Case Manager of any clients not being serviced or being underserviced on a weekly basis Know how to read and maintain the staffing workbook Work with the payroll department on any payroll disputes and to ensure attendant are paid correctly based on timekeeping system Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - One (1) to three (3) years of billing or administrative assistant experience preferred - Strong basic math skills - Bilingual preferred - Must be able to demonstrate competence with computer applications such as MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Join a team of dedicated and hardworking individuals today Please visit our website at www.lifespantx.com or reply with a resume to jobslifespantx.com Company Description LifeSpan Home Health provides in-home, non-medical and skilled care to the elderly and disabled so they can remain safe and comfortable in their home, with their family, and in the community.
