Job Description:

Starting pay: $16

Schedule/Hours: M-F, possible weekends. 6am-6pm

What is the job?

This is a hard but rewarding job where you will operate and ensure that pumps, conveyors, blowers, chlorinators, vacuum equipment, and other wastewater treatment tools are operational at all times.

You will also regularly:

* Maintain and operate site wells and systems.


* Record daily system readings and complete inspections.


* Report, troubleshoot, and maintain any malfunction records.


* Participate in a weekly safety and compliance meeting.


* Collect process samples.


* Ensure the work area is safe and compliant at all times.


* Perform other duties as assigned.



What you need to apply

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

* Knowledge of water treatment processes


* 1-3 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, and piping systems


* Valid driver's license


* Comfort wearing a respirator as needed


* Ability to work a flexible work schedule (including overtime and evenings)


* Ability to come onsite in the event of an emergency or be on call as needed (after working hours)
